1. Scope

All business transactions are subject to the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Tiger Musik. The present GTC shall be applied to business transactions and deliveries. Deviating GTCs are not recognised unless Tiger Musik expressly agrees to them in writing.

2. Information without guarantee

Tiger Musik tries to provide its customers with the best possible information about its product range and services. In doing so, it is a concern to present this information as customer-friendly as possible. However, Tiger Musik does not provide any guarantee for any information about the product range, availability and delivery times. This information must not be understood as an assurance. Tiger Musik accepts no liability for the correctness, up-to-dateness and completeness of this information.

3. Pices

The prices are in Swiss francs, including the statutory value added tax. The price in the online shop at the time of the order is decisive.

The product range and prices published on the Tiger Musik website constitute an offer. However, the contracts are always subject to the (resolutive) condition of an impossibility of delivery or incorrect price information on the part of Tiger Musik.
After the order has been transmitted online, this order is deemed to be a business decision or the conclusion of a contract. An automatically generated order confirmation by e-mail informs the customer that his order has been received by Tiger Musik.
The receipt of this automatically generated order confirmation with order number is not a promise that the product is actually available or can be delivered. The order confirmation only informs the customer that the submitted order has arrived at Tiger Musik. Thus, a contract has been created which can be cancelled in the event of non-delivery. The occurrence of one of the above dissolving conditions (impossibility of delivery or incorrect price quotation) shall dissolve the contract immediately and without the consent of the parties.

5. Payment

Payments must be made in Swiss francs.

As soon as your payment has been confirmed with us, we will send you your order. Your next credit card statement should show your order.
General payment processing:
In general, the customer agrees to pay using the means of payment provided. Until the purchase price has been paid in full, the products remain the property of Tiger Musik.

6. Cancellation and termination of contract

Orders placed with Tiger Musik are binding, i.e. the customer must accept the service. It is at the discretion of Tiger Musik to grant subsequent changes and cancellations in special cases.
If Tiger Musik is unable to deliver the order due to the impossibility of delivery, the customer has the right to cancel the order at the earliest four weeks after the agreed delivery date. The amounts refunded in advance will be returned to the customer due to non-delivery.

7. Notice of defects

If products are delivered with obvious damage to the packaging or the contents, the customer must immediately complain to the delivery messenger and refuse acceptance, without prejudice to their rights in respect of defects. The customer shall be obliged to obtain a damage confirmation report from the delivery messenger. All transport damages must also be reported to Tiger Musik immediately. Furthermore, it is the customer's responsibility to inspect the ordered products immediately upon receipt. Tiger Musik must be notified of any defects or deviations from the order by e-mail info@tigermusik.com on the day of delivery. After that, only hidden defects can be claimed, which must be reported to Tiger Musik immediately after discovery. The amount paid by the customer for the defective goods will be credited to the customer's account. Tiger Musik reserves the right to demand proof of the defect.

8.Delivery

Deliveries are limited to the territory of Switzerland and various countries outside Switzerland. Information about the delivery time is not binding. Tiger Musik is not liable for successfully delivered packages that disappear at the front door.

9.Changes to GTC

Tiger Musik is entitled to change these GTC at any time.

10.Disclaimer

No claims for damages due to impossibility of performance, breach of contract or other fault can be asserted. If a contract is terminated, Tiger Musik is not obliged to supply a replacement, insofar as this is legally permissible.

11.Place of jurisdiction

Swiss law shall apply exclusively.
